Getting started
What makes Kluck powerful
See how Kluck combines brand context, live business data, creative tools, and controlled automation in one Brand Manager.
One operating context, not another disconnected tool
Kluck combines what it knows about your brand with current commerce, advertising, social, creative, and competitor context. That means the same Brand Manager can move from finding a problem to planning the response, creating the work, and helping operate it.
- Brand DNA keeps voice, audience, products, visual direction, and key messages available across tasks.
- Shopify and Meta connections add live store and marketing context.
- Competitor tracking keeps public market movements available alongside your own business context.
- Soul instructions make the Brand Manager work according to your preferred standards and communication style.
- Brand Avatars lock a repeatable person or model into image and video creation.
- Multiple users in the organization can operate inside the same workspace with the same locked brand context.
Understand what is happening in the business
- Ask Chat to review connected orders, products, searches, social accounts, and Meta performance.
- Open Competitors to review tracked brands and their public movements.
- Ask for a plain-English explanation of what changed, why it matters, and what to do next.
- Compare product and advertising signals before deciding what to pause, scale, or test.
- Use the Home feed to see routine activity, approvals, and items that need attention.
Track competitors and research inspiration
- Use Competitors to track public storefronts, collections, merchandising, promotions, social activity, and Meta ads.
- Detect meaningful movements such as new arrivals, offer changes, posting patterns, and new advertising activity.
- Upload an image or video to My Inspirations and ask Kluck to generate an original creative with the qualities you want to carry forward.
- Use structured Brand Inspirations to research selected collections, products, prices, materials, colorways, and reviews.
- Run product-fit analysis against your own catalog, price position, markets, and Brand DNA.
- Compare catalogs to find whitespace, strengths, trends, and possible opportunities.
- Save useful inspiration, dismiss weak ideas, and carry selected references into a creative workflow.
Create work that stays connected to the strategy
- Develop campaign concepts, content calendars, product copy, reports, and operating briefs in Chat.
- Generate images, videos, and documents, then find them again in Artifacts.
- Use Brand Avatars to keep the same person or model consistent across image and video outputs.
- Use your inspiration library as visual context without losing the rules in Brand DNA.
- Turn a promising inspiration product into an original photoshoot direction when that action is available.
Operate with control
Kluck can prepare and, in supported connected workflows, carry out work across catalog, organic social, paid Meta, promotions, and analysis. Sensitive external actions can pause for an authorized person to review, approve, reject, or correct them. New Meta campaigns are created paused until you approve them.
- Use approval requests to check the target, timing, budget, audience, and creative before execution.
- Use Business Rules to organize rule-driven work through To Do, In Progress, and Done.
- Use Routines to repeat a stable process once, weekly, or at intervals.
- Inspect previous executions instead of treating automation as a black box.
Useful things to ask Kluck
- “Give me an ad performance report for the last seven days and explain the two biggest ROAS changes.”
- “Find the products losing momentum and tell me whether the issue looks like demand, merchandising, or media.”
- “Create a Meta campaign for this product using Brand DNA, keep it paused, and stop for approval before anything goes live.”
- “Create an Instagram post and a short content calendar for next week that follows Brand DNA.”
- “Compare this inspiration brand’s selected collections with ours and turn the strongest gap into three original product tests.”
- “Build a weekly routine that reviews store and Meta performance, highlights exceptions, and posts the result to Home.”
Frequently asked questions
Does Kluck act without approval?
It depends on the workflow, role, and configured controls. Actions that require review can pause for an authorized user to approve or reject them.
Do I need every connection before Kluck is useful?
No. Chat, Brand DNA, files, and public brand context can still be useful. Shopify and Meta make requests that depend on current operating data much stronger.
