Working with Kluck
Chat with your Brand Manager
Give clear requests, attach useful context, follow execution, and turn responses into reusable work.
Make a strong request
Give the Brand Manager a decision or deliverable, not only a topic. Include the time frame, audience, constraints, and the source of truth it should use.
- Weak: “Check our ads.”
- Stronger: “Review the last seven days of Meta performance, explain the two biggest changes, and propose what to pause, keep, and test next.”
- Weak: “Make a campaign.”
- Stronger: “Create a paused Meta launch campaign for this product, using Brand DNA, with three ad angles and a one-week test budget.”
What you can ask Kluck to do
- Analyze Meta ads performance and propose ROAS improvements.
- Create or manage Meta campaigns that start paused and wait for approval before going live.
- Draft and publish organic Instagram or Facebook posts, including interactive Stories.
- Plan a multi-week content calendar without publishing until you ask.
- Generate images and short product videos, then reuse them from Artifacts.
- Review Shopify catalog health, create or edit products, and prepare margin-checked discounts.
- Suggest catalog expansion ideas ranked against your Brand DNA and current assortment.
Add useful context
- Attach files when the task depends on a brief, image, document, or reference.
- Type @ to attach an existing Artifact, Inspiration, or Brand Avatar when you want to build on it.
- State whether you want analysis, a plan, generated output, or an action.
- Use a new chat for a distinct project so old assumptions do not crowd the request.
Choose how actions are approved
The Chat composer can offer Ask before acting or Act without asking. Ask before acting pauses supported external actions for review. Act without asking permits supported work to continue, although backend safeguards and role restrictions can still require approval.
Follow the work
Kluck streams the response and can show tool activity, reasoning status, and an execution timeline. If an external action needs permission, the conversation pauses for approval. Generated images, videos, and documents are saved in Artifacts.
When setup is incomplete
The Brand Manager can still work from Brand DNA, conversation context, attachments, and available storefront information. It should not be treated as having current order, inventory, or ad context until the relevant sources are connected.
