Use Kluck from Claude or ChatGPT

Connect the Kluck connector in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor so those assistants can read your workspace and propose confirmed changes.

What the Kluck connector does

Open Settings, then Claude / ChatGPT under Workspace. Paste one Kluck connector URL into Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor so they can read this workspace: store, ads, brand, and credit status.

  • The same URL works for every merchant. After you paste it, sign in to Kluck and pick this workspace.
  • If you allow changes when connecting, the assistant can generate images—this spends credits—and, after you confirm each one, pause ads, change budgets, or edit product copy.
  • Meta and Shopify writes always preview first. Confirm only after you have seen the proposal.

Connect Claude

  1. 1Open Settings → Claude / ChatGPT and copy the Kluck connector URL.
  2. 2In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors.
  3. 3Choose Add custom connector, name it Kluck, and paste the URL.
  4. 4Sign in to Kluck, pick this workspace, and Allow.
  5. 5Start a new chat. Existing chats will not see Kluck.

Connect ChatGPT

  1. 1Copy the Kluck connector URL from Settings → Claude / ChatGPT.
  2. 2In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps & Connectors. Turn on Developer mode if asked.
  3. 3Add a custom connector and paste the URL.
  4. 4Sign in to Kluck, pick this workspace, and Allow.
  5. 5Start a new chat.

Connect Cursor or Claude Code

  1. 1Copy the Kluck connector URL.
  2. 2Open MCP settings and add a remote / HTTP server.
  3. 3Paste the URL and sign in to Kluck when prompted.
  4. 4Allow this workspace, then start a new agent chat.

Sessions, scopes, and disconnecting

  • Connected sessions lists each assistant that currently has access to this workspace.
  • A session shows Read only or Can make confirmed changes, plus when it connected and last used.
  • Owners and admins can choose Disconnect to revoke access immediately. Members cannot disconnect a session.

Before Claude can help

The same Settings page checks whether this workspace is ready. Stronger answers need Shopify, Meta, a completed Pulse sync, Brand DNA, and available credits. You can still connect the assistant first; live store or ad questions stay limited until those sources are in place.

Frequently asked questions

Does connecting Claude let it change my ads without asking?

No. Even with Can make confirmed changes, Meta and Shopify writes preview first. You confirm each one. Image generation spends credits when you ask for it.

Why doesn’t an existing Claude chat see Kluck?

Start a new chat after connecting. Open chats do not pick up the Kluck connector.
