Acceptance of terms

By signing up or using Kluck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must connect only stores and ad accounts you have permission to manage.

What we provide

Kluck is an AI assistant that drafts campaigns, content, and recommendations. Changes to your Shopify store or Meta ad accounts — such as a campaign going live, a budget change, or a product edit — go live only after you approve them. Requested image and video generation inside Kluck is produced and uses credits as soon as you ask for it, since it does not change your store or ad accounts on its own. A connected Claude or ChatGPT connection can generate a product image the same way, but not video. We do not guarantee specific business results such as ROAS, revenue, or follower growth.

Claude, ChatGPT, and MCP connectors

You may connect Kluck to Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client if you are a workspace owner or admin. Doing so lets that assistant read workspace data and, if you allow it, request the changes described above on your behalf. You are responsible for what you ask a connected assistant to do, and for disconnecting it when you no longer want it to have access. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing you select. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

Kluck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
