Acceptance of terms

By signing up or using Kluck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must connect only stores and ad accounts you have permission to manage.

What we provide

Kluck is an AI assistant that drafts campaigns, content, and recommendations. You approve every action before it goes live. We do not guarantee specific business results such as ROAS, revenue, or follower growth.

Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing you select. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

Kluck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
