Why Kluck asks for approval

Kluck can prepare work without immediately executing every external change or render. An approval request gives an authorized user a chance to review the action, inputs, and consequences before it proceeds.

Review a creative plan before generate

Image and video requests can pause on a plan in Chat. Check product photos, references, Brand Avatar, format, and duration, then choose Render image or Render video. You can also Generate directly without a full plan. This review is not the same as approving a Shopify catalog change or a Meta campaign write.

Resolve execution approvals in Chat

  1. 1Open the conversation where the external action paused.
  2. 2Read the proposed action and any generated plan or preview.
  3. 3Check the target account, audience, timing, budget, and creative inputs when relevant.
  4. 4Add a note if the Brand Manager needs a correction or constraint.
  5. 5Approve to continue, or Reject to stop the proposed action.

Resolve Business Rule decisions from Home or Business Rules

Home can surface Store Ops and Business Rule cards that need a decision. On Home, use Review with Kluck or Mark as seen when those actions appear. The Business Rules board shows the same work in To Do, In Progress, and Done, with Approve, Discuss, or Dismiss when available. General Chat execution approvals remain in their conversation.

Already resolved or missing requests

A request can disappear or become unavailable if another authorized user already resolved it. Refresh the conversation, Home feed, or Business Rules board to see the latest status.
