Working with Kluck
Review and approve actions
Understand why work pauses, inspect the proposed action, and approve or reject it safely.
Why Kluck asks for approval
Kluck can prepare work without immediately executing every external change. An approval request gives an authorized user a chance to review the action, inputs, and consequences before it proceeds.
Resolve execution approvals in Chat
- 1Open the conversation where the external action paused.
- 2Read the proposed action and any generated plan or preview.
- 3Check the target account, audience, timing, budget, and creative inputs when relevant.
- 4Add a note if the Brand Manager needs a correction or constraint.
- 5Approve to continue, or Reject to stop the proposed action.
Resolve Business Rule decisions from Home or Business Rules
Home can surface Business Rule cards that need a decision, and the Business Rules board shows the same work in To Do, In Progress, and Done. Open the card to inspect the evidence, then use Approve, Discuss, or Dismiss when available. General Chat execution approvals remain in their conversation.
Already resolved or missing requests
A request can disappear or become unavailable if another authorized user already resolved it. Refresh the conversation, Home feed, or Business Rules board to see the latest status.
