Account and billing
Manage workspaces, members, and roles
Understand organization and workspace scope, invite teammates, and know which actions require elevated access.
Organization versus workspace
An organization holds team and billing settings. Workspaces separate the operating context used by the Brand Manager, such as connected brands and their data. Switch workspaces from Settings → Organization or the account menu, and always confirm the active workspace before connecting sources or starting work.
Invite and manage teammates
- 1Open Settings.
- 2Under Team, choose Organization to review the organization and its workspaces.
- 3Under Team, choose Members to review access or select Invite member.
- 4Under Team, choose Invites to review pending invitations and invited organizations when that tab is available.
- 5Assign only the access level needed for the person’s work.
Common role differences
- Owners invite or remove members, manage connectors, and create or delete workspaces.
- Owners and admins can edit organization and workspace details, Brand DNA, Soul, Brand Avatars, protected approvals, and billing—including plan changes, purchases, and each workspace's monthly allowance under Settings → Workspace allowance.
- Members cannot complete onboarding and receive read-only access to protected workspace settings.
- Members can use core workspace features, including creating and operating routines, within their granted workspace.
- Some billing information may be visible while management controls remain restricted.
