Getting started with Kluck

What Kluck needs from you

Kluck becomes more useful when it can see your storefront, commerce activity, advertising activity, and the way your brand communicates. You can start with only a public storefront, but connecting Shopify and Meta gives the Brand Manager live operating context.

• Shopify supplies product, inventory, order, and storefront context.
• Meta supplies advertising, Facebook Page, and Instagram context.
• Your storefront and social presence help Kluck build Brand DNA.
• Your instructions in Settings → Soul shape how the Brand Manager communicates and works.

Complete onboarding

1. 1Sign in to open your workspace, then choose Get started.
2. 2Connect Shopify and/or Meta Ads. When at least one connector is linked, choose Continue. If neither is connected, choose Skip for now and return later from Settings → Connectors.
3. 3If Shopify is not connected, enter a Brand store URL and Instagram handle so Kluck can learn the basics of your brand, then choose Finish setup.
4. 4If Shopify is already connected, Kluck skips the brand URL step and prepares Brand DNA directly.
5. 5Review the read-only Brand DNA preview when it is ready.
6. 6Exiting onboarding opens Home if any connector is connected, or Chat if none are.

Where to go next

• Use Home to review activity and items that need attention.
• Use Chat for analysis, planning, creative work, and operational requests.
• Use Competitors to monitor the public activity of relevant brands.
• Use Business Rules for rule-driven evaluations and Routines for scheduled work.
• Use Artifacts and Inspiration to find generated work and creative references.
• Review Brand DNA in Settings before asking for high-stakes creative or strategy work.
• Use Routines when a useful task should repeat on a schedule.
