Getting started with Kluck

What Kluck needs from you

Onboarding does not require Shopify or Meta. You pick a first outcome, land in Chat, and connect store or ads later when a task needs live data. Connecting both still gives the Brand Manager the strongest operating context.

• A public store URL or a few product photos is enough to create a first image ad.
• Shopify supplies product, inventory, order, and storefront context once connected.
• Meta supplies advertising, Facebook Page, and Instagram context once connected.
• Your instructions in Soul, under Settings → Account, shape how the Brand Manager communicates and works.

Complete onboarding

1. 1Sign in. If you are a new owner or admin without a phone number on file, enter it on What’s your phone number? Existing users skip this step.
2. 2On Welcome, read what Kluck does, then choose Let’s go. Setup is free and takes about a minute.
3. 3On What do you want to do first?, pick one card. You can do the others from Chat right after.
4. 4Get me to 3× ROAS or Find my next winning product opens Chat and sends a starting brief for you.
5. 5Create a brand ad stays in the setup screen so you can make a first image before Chat.
6. 6When the first task starts, Kluck marks the workspace onboarded and takes you to Chat. Other navigation stays muted until this finishes.

Create your first ad

Create a brand ad is the one onboarding path that can finish an image without connectors. Paste your store URL so Kluck can read the storefront, or enter a product yourself with a title, description, and up to five photos.

1. 1Choose a product from the storefront, or stay on the details you entered.
2. 2Pick Brand ad, Social post, or UGC style, then generate. Video is locked during onboarding.
3. 3Kluck opens the Chat conversation where the render is already running. Find the saved result later in Artifacts.
4. 4Choose Skip for now if you would rather describe the ad in Chat instead of generating it here.

Where to go next

• Stay in Chat for analysis, planning, creative work, and operational requests.
• Connect Shopify and Meta from Chat when Kluck asks, or from Settings → Connectors, so live store and ad questions work.
• Home, Competitors, Routines, Artifacts, Brand Assets, and Inspiration are all reachable after onboarding. Empty states still prompt you to connect when live data is missing.
• A useful Home feed and full Inspiration analysis still need the relevant connectors. Live order, inventory, and ad answers need Shopify or Meta.
• Open Brand Assets → Brand DNA after you connect a store. The profile generates when Shopify connects; use Refresh from pages after Meta is linked if social identity is still thin.
