Connect Shopify and Meta after onboarding

What works before connections are complete

Onboarding no longer asks you to connect Shopify or Meta first. After onboarding, Chat, Home, Brand Assets, Artifacts, Competitors, Inspiration, and Routines stay reachable with zero connectors. Empty states still prompt you to connect. Live store and ad questions, a useful Home feed, and full Inspiration analysis still need the relevant source.

Add your connections

1. 1When Chat asks you to connect a source, follow the prompt, or open Settings, then Connectors.
2. 2Connect Shopify and confirm that its status is connected, or connect Meta Ads if you only need advertising context first.
3. 3For Meta Ads, choose Continue with Meta, then select one ad account and the Facebook or Instagram profiles Kluck should use, and finish with Connect Meta Ads.
4. 4Open Brand Assets, then Brand DNA. The profile generates when Shopify connects. After Meta is linked, choose Refresh from pages if Instagram or Facebook identity is still missing.
5. 5Return to Chat and retry requests that need connected store or advertising data.

Verify the workspace is ready

• Brand DNA contains the correct voice, audience, visual direction, and product context—not only a provisional palette and name.
• Chat can answer requests that depend on current orders, products, inventory, or Meta performance.
• Home shows recent activity once connectors are linked; without them the feed still opens and asks you to connect.
• Competitors can collect public activity for the brands you choose to track.
• Inspiration can add brands immediately; collection matching and product-fit analysis are stronger after Shopify is connected.
