Keep a person consistent across creative work

A Brand Avatar is a workspace-level visual identity reference for a recurring person or model. Add the Avatar to a Chat request when you want Kluck to preserve that identity while creating new image or video outputs in different scenes, formats, clothing, or campaign concepts.

  • The Avatar stays available to authorized teammates in the same workspace.
  • Up to three reference images give Kluck multiple views of the same identity.
  • Image generation can use the available references to improve identity consistency.
  • Video generation uses one approved reference image selected for that Avatar.
  • Owners and admins can create and manage Avatars; members can view them and use them in Chat.

Find Brand Avatars in Settings

  1. 1Open Settings from the main navigation.
  2. 2Choose Brand DNA under Workspace.
  3. 3Open the Brand Avatars tab.
  4. 4Choose Upload Avatar or Generate Avatar.

Upload an existing person or model

  1. 1Choose Upload Avatar.
  2. 2Select one to three photos of the same person.
  3. 3For stronger coverage, use a clear front or headshot, side profile, and full-length body shot.
  4. 4After upload, give the Avatar a clear name and save it.
  5. 5Open the Avatar later to add photos, rename it, or delete it.

Generate a new Brand Avatar

  1. 1Choose Generate Avatar.
  2. 2Enter an Avatar name.
  3. 3Describe the person in detail, including age range, build, face, eyes, hair, complexion, body proportions, and distinctive features.
  4. 4Choose Generate Avatar and wait for Kluck to create front, side-profile, and full-length references.
  5. 5Review the three references together before using the Avatar in customer-facing work.

Prepare an Avatar for video generation

Video generation uses one reference image for each Brand Avatar. Kluck checks that image for video compatibility and shows the result in the Avatar details.

  • Checking Avatar for video generation: preparation is still running.
  • Avatar approved for video generation: the selected source can be used in video work.
  • Avatar rejected for video generation, or Avatar video approval failed: add another reference if needed, preview it, then choose Use selected image for video approval.
  • Adding photos improves the identity reference, but does not change the video source unless you explicitly select a new one.

Use a Brand Avatar in Chat

  1. 1Open the Avatar and choose Use in chat, or type @ in the Chat composer and open Brand Avatars.
  2. 2Select the Avatar by name.
  3. 3Ask for an image or video and describe the scene, action, framing, wardrobe, product, format, and mood.
  4. 4State which identity details must stay consistent and what may change.
  5. 5Review the output in Chat and find the saved result later in Artifacts.

Frequently asked questions

How many Brand Avatars can a workspace keep?

The current workspace limit is 25 Brand Avatars, with up to three reference images per Avatar.

Why can’t I use an Avatar for video yet?

The selected video source may still be checking or may have failed compatibility approval. Open the Avatar details, review the status, and select a different reference for video approval when that option appears.

Is my personal profile photo a Brand Avatar?

No. The profile photo in Settings → General identifies your user account. Brand Avatars are shared workspace references used in creative generation.
