Memory versus Brand DNA
Brand DNA describes the brand. Memory & preferences describes how you want the Brand Manager to work. Use Memory for durable preferences such as how direct recommendations should be, what trade-offs matter, and how decisions should be presented.
Save instructions in Memory & preferences
- 1Open Settings, then Memory & preferences under Account.
- 2Under Work and response instructions, write an answer to What should Kluck remember?
- 3Kluck proposes a wording. Confirm it before it is saved.
- 4Instructions are grouped as This workspace or This chat. Owners and admins save workspace instructions. Members can view them and make exceptions on a chat.
- 5Use Undo if you need to revert the last saved change.
- 6Start a new chat when you want to evaluate the changed behavior cleanly.
Past decisions and learning
- Past decisions shows learned notes from earlier conversations.
- Learn from conversations can be turned on or off. When it is on, Kluck can propose preferences from chat for you to confirm.
- Clear learned history removes those learned notes. It does not clear Brand DNA.

Where did Soul go?
Standing instructions now live in Settings → Memory & preferences. Use that page to tell Kluck how to work, not a separate Soul setting.
