See the competitor’s public face in one place

Open Competitors from the main navigation to see the public surfaces a customer can see, organized into one operating view. Kluck helps you follow what a competitor is doing without manually checking every storefront, social profile, and ad library.

  • Storefront structure, navigation, collections, catalog, tags, cross-sells, and visible best sellers.
  • New arrivals, prices, sale positioning, promotions, offers, and important page content.
  • Instagram profile, posting cadence, recent posts, formats, themes, and engagement signals.
  • Public Meta advertising activity, creative type, copy, calls to action, active ads, and newly observed ads.

Add the competitors worth tracking

  1. 1Open Competitors from the main navigation.
  2. 2Connect both Shopify and Meta if Kluck shows a connector-required state.
  3. 3As an owner or admin, choose Add Competitor.
  4. 4Add a clear brand name and its public storefront URL.
  5. 5Add an Instagram handle, Facebook Page ID, or Meta Ads search term when available.
  6. 6Choose brands that share a customer, category, price position, market, or creative strategy with you.
  7. 7Save the competitor and allow the first public-data collection to finish.

Explore the available public views

  • Overview summarizes the tracked brand and its public storefront.
  • Collections, Catalog, Tag Frequency, Cross-sell, and Best Sellers organize assortment and merchandising evidence.
  • Page, Nav, Promos, and Offers show public storefront positioning.
  • Instagram Profile and Instagram Posts show public social activity.
  • Meta Ads Summary and Meta Ads show publicly observed advertising activity.

Detect movements instead of reviewing static profiles

The value compounds as Kluck refreshes the public evidence. The latest view helps surface movements such as assortment changes, new arrivals, promotion changes, shifts in posting cadence, and new advertising activity—giving your team an almost real-time view of what competitors are putting into market.

  • Use New Arrivals and Catalog views to spot assortment and merchandising movement.
  • Review Page, Promos, and Offers for changes in urgency, discounting, and positioning.
  • Watch Instagram posting cadence and themes for shifts in content strategy.
  • Use active-ad totals and newly observed ads to see where paid messaging is changing.
  • Compare several connected signals before deciding that one visible change represents a strategy.

Know how current the view is

Competitor evidence refreshes in the background. It is designed to provide an almost real-time operating view, not a literal live feed. Check the displayed sync status before a time-sensitive decision; owners and admins can use Re-scrape when a newer collection is needed.

Turn a movement into a decision

  • Ask Kluck to summarize what changed across catalog, offers, social, and ads—not just one surface.
  • Separate a one-off execution from a repeated pattern before reacting.
  • Compare the movement with your Brand DNA, customer, economics, and current plan.
  • Create an original response: a test, positioning adjustment, merchandising action, or a decision to hold course.
  • Use Brand Inspirations separately when you want to explore specific visual references or structured product ideas.

Frequently asked questions

Is competitor tracking part of Inspirations?

No. Competitors handles ongoing public monitoring and movement detection. Inspiration is for visual references and structured idea research.

Is the competitor view live?

It is an almost real-time view refreshed through background collection, not a continuous live feed. Check the latest collection time when freshness matters.
