Research product ideas with Brand Inspirations
Turn selected inspiration-brand collections into structured product research, fit guidance, catalog gaps, and original creative directions.
Add a relevant inspiration brand
Use Brand Inspirations when you want structured product ideas from a brand whose category, price position, market, or design language is relevant. This workflow is about organizing inspiration for your own product and creative decisions, not monitoring the brand’s ongoing movements.
- 1Open Inspiration and choose Brand Inspirations.
- 2Choose Add brand.
- 3Enter the brand name and Instagram handle.
- 4Optionally add its public store URL when you want Kluck to discover collections and products.
- 5Save the brand.
Choose which collections to research
Kluck compares your store collections with the inspiration brand’s discovered collections. Matching collections are preselected, and your choices determine the products and Instagram context gathered for that brand.
- 1Review your collections on the left and the inspiration brand’s collections on the right.
- 2Keep the auto-matched collections that make a fair comparison.
- 3Select additional relevant collections and remove unrelated ones.
- 4If discovery missed a collection, add its name manually. Add its URL when you want Kluck to read the public collection page.
- 5Save the selection to start the scoped analysis.
Review the inspiration product set
- Open the analyzed brand to browse products from the selected collections.
- Review available price, currency, material, rating, review count, colorways, and palette information.
- Open the source product when you need to verify public details on the inspiration brand’s site.
- Save products worth investigating and dismiss products that are not relevant.
- Treat missing fields as unavailable public information, not proof that the product lacks that attribute.
Analyze whether a product fits your brand
Product-fit analysis weighs the inspiration product against your own catalog, price position, target markets, and brand context. It returns a plain-English summary and a Good fit, Maybe, or Not for you direction.
- 1Choose Analyze on an inspiration product.
- 2Choose Run analysis if no prior result exists.
- 3Read the verdict and summary alongside the source product.
- 4Decide what would need to change for the idea to become original and appropriate for your brand.
- 5Save the item for later work, or dismiss it.
Run catalog gap analysis
Gap analysis compares the inspiration brand’s researched catalog with yours. It can summarize price positioning, whitespace they cover, your existing strengths, trends they lean into, and possible opportunities.
- 1Open the analyzed inspiration brand and find Gap analysis.
- 2Choose Analyze.
- 3Review the headline and price-positioning comparison.
- 4Separate genuine whitespace from products that do not fit your customer or operating model.
- 5Turn the strongest opportunities into small tests with a clear success measure.
Explore Instagram aesthetic and creative directions
- Open an inspiration brand and choose Instagram aesthetic.
- Analyze the public profile to review visual patterns and recent posts.
- Start a Photoshoot from the overall aesthetic or from a selected post.
- Use Recreate reel when a public reel is available and you want an original version adapted to your brand.
- Use the Products view separately for product-fit, catalog-gap, saved-product, and photoshoot workflows.
Turn the research into action
- Ask Chat to compare the saved products with Brand DNA and your current catalog.
- Request original product or collection hypotheses based on the gap, not copies of source items.
- Use Photoshoot on a promising product when you want an original visual direction.
- Revisit the brand after its assortment changes or when you select different collections.
- Open Competitors when you want ongoing movement, promotion, social, page, or public ad context.
Frequently asked questions
Does Brand Inspirations monitor competitors?
No. Brand Inspirations is a structured idea-research workspace for selected collections, products, fit, and catalog gaps. Ongoing monitoring and movement detection are handled in Competitors.
Why are some inspiration product details missing?
Kluck can only use details available from the selected brand’s public sources. Dynamic storefronts and incomplete product pages may not expose every field.
